Bespoke kitchens and bathrooms or from foundations to final fittings, we believe a successful project means so much more than just bricks and mortar. Studio Rae ; our in house designer, offers a bespoke service helping you to achieve your dream look - from roof tiles to curtains to cabinets she will create a tailored design document just for you. With access to her little black book of contacts and interior products you benefit from a professional designer every step of the way.

Plumbing, heating and electrical installations
With over 40 years trade experience and full Gas Safe registration you can rest assured that, together with our qualified heating engineer we can cover any aspects of system upgrade. We also specialise in all underfloor heating systems and wetroom installations. Our in house team are fully trained to testing an Inspection level. Specialising in residential lighting design. Full service from concept to final completion. Full/partial rewires, upgrading existing lighting to led energy efficient service.

Renovations, kitchens & bathrooms
Through our various trade contacts we can help you source your kitchens/bathrooms, helping with design and room adaptations. We then offer a full installation service including all electrical/ plumbing and tiling needs. Our new in house designer will walk you through each step of the process including design documents, CAD mock ups of your rooms and product sourcing. We make it as simple and enjoyable as possible.

New builds & commercial projects
We take on commercial projects including maintenance and upgrades as well as developing our own exclusive new build developments. Our wealth of experience allows us to respond to various tenders working alongside respected and established architects, designers, charities and councils.

with Studio Rae
Our bespoke turn key solution to bring your dream home to life. We will take you all the way through the process from initial architects sketches through to colour and cushions.
Our in house Creative Director will work with you on a one to one basis including bespoke kitchen design, bathroom design and product sourcing, all by Studio Rae. You will have one to one support from day one taking away the stresses of house building.
